Associate Attorney
We are currently seeking an associate attorney to join our firm’s transactional and probate practice section.
The associate will be responsible for managing assigned matters from inception through closing, including but not limited to, preparing documentation for entity formation and equity sharing arrangements; researching and analyzing issues pertaining to relevant State and Federal Regulations, conducting due diligence; reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts and agreements, compliance programs; and preparing opinions and consultations.
The associate will correspond and communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and organizational skills, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, experience with entity formation and corporate documents, and have the ability to work as a part of a team. Family Law Attorney
We are currently seeking a family law associate attorney with a minimum of 3-years family law experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in dealing with all family law matters, including but not limited to military divorces, child custody, property division, temporary orders, discovery, and mediation. Experience conducting evidentiary hearings, mediations, and prove-ups is a must.
The position will require making court appearances, taking and defending depositions, drafting pleadings and discovery, meeting with clients, and attending mediations. Competitive salary and benefits based upon experience.
